Product pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. To view pricing in your local currency, please select your respective region.

Payment methods

Prado America LLC accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diner’s Club. Payment in full is required at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Currency and exchange

Prado America LLC is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value, exchange rates, or any fees charged by credit card companies or financial institutions related to currency conversion.


Taxation and import duties

Prado America LLC ships to locations within the United States and Canada. Taxes applicable within the domestic region will be calculated based on the shipment’s destination. Customs or import duties incurred upon the package’s arrival in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. Prado America LLC disclaims responsibility for these charges and does not offer compensation or pre-shipment estimates for such expenses.

Delivery times

Orders are usually shipped with FedEx within 2-4 business days of order. After this period, please count 4-5 days for the order to arrive. Please be aware that these are estimated times provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed. Prado America LLC is not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery, including those due to customs.


Order tracking

Shipment tracking details will be accessible for a duration of 90 days following the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $250.

Loss during transit

Prado America LLC disclaims liability for any loss or damage occurring during shipping or delivery. Missing shipments must be reported within 30 days from the scheduled ship date.

Delivery damages

Report any transportation-related damages within 10 business days upon receipt, ensuring the original packaging is kept as proof for validating claims.

Delivery parameters

Prado America LLC offers shipping services across the USA and Canada, excluding deliveries to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Package retrieval responsibility

Prado America LLC is not accountable for packages not collected by the recipient, including any related fees incurred.


At Prado America LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have outlined our refund policy below to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for return

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for credit, returned items must be in pristine, saleable condition, with all original packaging intact. This includes undamaged and unopened items, which will be refunded at 75% of the purchase price. Items that are undamaged but have been opened and still in their original packaging will be refunded 50% of the purchase price.

Custom finishes that are batch made for specific projects are not returnable.

All returned items will undergo an inspection for condition prior to refunds being issued. Items returned in a used or unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Return process

Prior return approval is required for all returns. Items received without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.

Please complete the return form included in your shipment and insert it along with your original invoice inside the return package.

Full kits must be returned if the items were purchased as part of a kit.

As a customer, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that all packages are clearly marked with “PRODUCT RETURNING”. If required, import values should be declared at $2.00 per component to avoid customs fees. Returns incurring customs fees will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Refund processing

Allow up to 60 days for the reimbursement to be processed after the receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

Additional instructions

Products must be received within ten business days from the issuance of the Return Authorization to qualify for a refund.

An automatic confirmation will be sent once the refund has been issued.

Warranty coverage

Prado America LLC stands behind the quality of its products with a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers all parts against mechanical or manufacturing defects, ensuring your peace of mind. Please note, the warranty is applicable only when our products are used as intended, without modifications. Using non-Prado America components, substituting parts from other manufacturers, or altering our products in any way will result in the forfeiture of all warranties and approvals.

Exclusions from warranty

 Prado America LLC is not liable for:

– Costs incurred from installation, re-installation, removal, or repairs.
– Damages resulting from incorrect installation or assembly, whether by the customer or a third party.
– Damages due to exposure to adverse weather conditions or improper environments.
– Damages from the use of incorrect cleaning solutions or methods.
– Normal wear and tear altering the product’s appearance.

We strongly advise reviewing our product specifications and following the provided instructions meticulously to prevent any issues that could invalidate your warranty.

Prado America LLC reserves the exclusive right to terminate access to our site or services and to decline or cancel orders at any time, at our sole discretion.
