Rabbeting router bit

Prepare the opening first, then use a rabbeting router bit to cut a clean 1/10″ (2.5 mm) countersink around it for a perfect flush fit. Works on both single and duplex, in wood or MDF.

Use a router table or plunge router, and always test on a scrap piece first to dial in the exact depth before cutting the final workpiece. For the single, pair it with a Forstner bit to create the hole.
