1 Can I cancel my order?

North American customers: standard items in stock are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Non-stock items, custom orders, modified items, expedited orders, and orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled. See our terms of use for full details.

2 Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. Once an order is released to production or shipment, modifications are no longer possible.

3 Can the light + ventilation valve be used for air supply?

Our light + ventilation | mini valve is designed for air extraction of up to 30m³/h. Just like most regular ventilation valves, a downward airflow isn’t suited for installation in or above comfort zones. More information and capacity graphs on the technical sheet. Don’t hesitate to contact us to check your ventilation plan for advice.
